Biguerlai Tea and Kankunis Works!

I just had to give up on my slimming tea, and its so sad....

I've seen how effective these slimming teas are, Biguerlai tea and Kankunis to be exact. It's been more than two months since I've started taking the tea. And I can really say that it really works for me, people started noticing how my body's improving. But then, I still have to give up on the tea.

My husband thinks that the positive side of the tea doesn't match up with how bad it's affecting my body, and that he thinks I'm fine and should just give up on my obsession of becoming slim. Well, I really find it very sweet of him so I just listened to him and I'm no longer taking the product.

I guess I'm not that desperate anyway to lose weight that I have to sacrifice my health. Yes I want to loose weight, I really do, but I've decided to go with the healtier way of doing it. I've decided to have a regular ''exercise"instead.

Becauase you see, when I said that slimming teas are doing harm in my body although its being true in its word of making you slim, I really mean harmful things. One side effect I experience while taking the tea is I've been so dependent on it for me to do my thing. One day of not taking it means a day tomorrow of not being able to do your thing, just like a ratio of 1 is to 1, or worse 1 is to 3 for sometime. Like 1 take of the tea and it equals to 1, 3 or even 5 visit to the toilet for the next day.

Those things are totally fine with me, I mean I even thought of it being good for my health for sometime. Until I experience the pain, and it's from tolerable to extremely painful. And yet, I go on with it, I did not even dare mention it to my husband at first afraid that he might make me stop with the tea. So I let it pass, but then there was this time that I just can't take it anymore I had to skip the intake for that day, thats how terrible the pain was.

Onother thing is that I started eating less, which is if your only considering its effect on your figure would be a very good thing. But to think of all those nutrients that is missing for my eating less is not really that cool.

I also started feeling week which is actually very reasonable considering how little food I've been taking and that It doesn't even stays in my body for long because I have to flush it off just after having it, since I do my thing for 2 to 3 times a day because of the tea.

And so comes the worst thing that could ever happen. One morning, I've been waken up by the pain in my stomach pushing me to the toilet. And just after the painful experience of having to let it off, I lost conscience and fell on the ground. I've been on the floor for more than 10 seconds and I can't feel my legs. That's how weak I was at that time.

Im really not taking even just 1 cup of that tea ever, I do love to live more than to loose weight that I'm sure of. I went to the doctor right after that experience because I also had flu and I'm not feeling good at that time plus I've had nose bleed for two times which is another story, but anyway, I get to mention it to my doctor and he said I really should stop taking it because I'll be dependent on the product and that I'll be constipated for continous use. Also I'll lose resistance to sickness more and more if I don't stop. And so he suggested me to just do exercise which I've been doin now.

I'm not sure if the effect I got from the tea would be the same to everyone, maybe not, maybe my body just can't tolerate it. But as for me, I'm still not going to do it the easier way again, I mean loosing weight, I believe it's still the best to take the hard and longer road, and it applies even to this. I don't want to learn the hard way again.

It also helps to have a very loving husband that I have for me to really have the stand of letting the tea go.

Bag of Beans Tagaytay

A must visit at Bag of Beans in Tagaytay.

When we stayed at Tagaytay last June 06, 2009, we had brunch at a resto named Bag of Beans. It was raining hard and we forgot to bring an umbrella so we had to run from the car to the restaurant which was more than a few steps. Still, it didn't stop me from noticing how beautiful and homy the place was.

Its a very lovely place, with an enchanting landscape combined with rustic architecture and interiors. Once inside and I had time to study the area, I totally fell inlove with it. Its like most of the things in there compliments with each other.

I remember the time when I was a kid when I used to imagine fairies and places like those I've read on fiction books. Its like there are actually real fairies hiding from those beautifully arranged landscapes.

And the food?... just the way we liked it! It couldn't be better.

We were famished at the time we got there and our patience paid well, the food was splendid, it really is great, it was nirvana to our taste buds!

I had a call of nature and it lead me to make use of the comfort room. And its amazing how they keep the aura of the place still alive inside it. The colors, little greeneries inside, choice of tiles all the way to wall finishes, compliments the natury ambience. It felt good and it felt like it's so close to nature. Well I had to mention this because there are great places I've been to that doesn't really pays too much attention on comfort rooms, and its really annoying. This one is different, their conscious in keeping their guests in good mood throughtout the whole experience.

In all of these experience, my husband and I agreed to visit the place again one day. It's one highly recommended place to drop by if you're at the vicinity. Try it and have your say!
